Here’s an example of how UBC Human Resources “filled buckets” in December 2015:
Every month a question is posted on the lunchroom wall and answers are crowd-sourced from Human Resources staff. December’s topic was a fill-in the blanks: “I would like to acknowledge ___ for ___“. The wall was quickly filled, recognizing individuals and teams in the department and beyond. It provided a positivity boost when grabbing a morning coffee or lunch. It was also an opportunity to learn about each others’ accomplishments.
